The SLR9 6-Burner Gas Oven Range is in Lincat's medium-to-heavy duty "Silverlink 600" series of equipment. It requires 29.8kW of gas to run it's 6 burners and static oven. The BIGGEST benefit of the SLR9 is it's size. It conforms to the standard 900mm (3ft) width as do nearly all commercial 6-Burner oven ranges. However, the SLR9 is ONLY 600MM DEEP. This makes it the ideal choice for anyone who requires a 6-burner oven range in an area where space is at a premium. It is also sometimes the ONLY choice for caterers who require their oven range to be delivered through a series of tight bends or small gaps.
