GenWare Gastronorm Lid GN 1/2 (GN2T-W)

GenWare Gastronorm Cook and Serve products are perfect for hot or cold food preparation and presentation and also provide a great alternative to stainless steel gastronorm pans. The stackable gastronorm dishes provide great heat retention and are resistant to thermal shock.

  • Made from specially selected clays for brighter white to give great presentation that's practical compared to other porcelain alternatives
  • Durable glaze prolongs the life of the product and improves stain resistance
  • Rolled edge ensures durability and functional for added chip resistance suitable for hotel, restaurant and foodservice applications
  • Superior heat retention properties for high resistance to thermal shock, perfect for hot or cold foodservice
