Charles in charge!!!!
At last, a 2 week sabatical from the wittering of Mr N! Mr C here in charge of all blogging activities until he returneth from his paternity. I have seen pictures of said child and I can confirm that the bouncing boy, rather luckily, has not taken onboard any of his fathers features. A loud sigh of relief was audible from the delivery room when this became apparent. In the weird wacky world of catering equipment, today has been most frenetic. Mr G, stepping up to the plate in the absence of anything to complain about, has sold quite probably the biggest True refrigerator we have ever sold. It may even be the biggest Fridge sold in the UK this decade, maybe ever. It is so large a website has yet to be built that can even display an image of it! Thankfully, I shall be nowhere near the midlands when it is delivered. Other than that, Heavy duty slicers, yet another Opus Combi oven and Robot Coupe machines have been the orders of choice. Mr R and myself have been non stop all day, Mr K & Mr S have delivered many items of catering equipment in their own inimitable fashion, Mr F & Mr S have been engineering to their usual high standard and, thankfully, Mr G found something to complain about at 4.32pm when he realised British Gas hadn't been in touch about repairing his heating. At his age he needs it doing quickly. I shall now go and do battle with the North Yorkshire snow and outer ring road traffic. TTFN
