WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!
Today I have uploaded some new Fracino coffee machines to Ward's Catering. This took all morning because I had to research the units in order to ensure that I didn't make any glaring mistakes on the product information. This is what I have learnt about coffee machines: They are shiny. They make several different types of coffee (cappuccinos, espressos, lattes etc) They are really quite complicated inside. (Typical entry in catalogue: "Thermosyphonic circulation ensures the group is kept constantly hot for perfect coffee making with temperature control on each group.") Thermosyphonic is not in the dictionary. I believe that Thermosyphonic means "passive heat exchange based on natural convection which circulates liquid in a vertical closed-loop circuit without requiring a conventional pump. It's intended purpose is to simplify the pumping of liquid and/or heat transfer, by avoiding the cost and complexity of a conventional liquid pump. " But I may be wrong. They are quite cheap considering everything that goes into them. The boilers in them are made out of brass. They can require training to use. They have a cool pressure gauge on the front. I'd rather use a kettle. That's what I've learnt about coffee machines. So have a browse through them and see if a proper shiny professional coffee machine could bring a shot of caffeine to your business!
